King of the Ages

The LORD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God,
and I will exalt Him. Exodus 15:2

Majestic in power
Is your mighty right hand.
Shattering the enemy
And conquering the land.

You alone are holy
And King of the ages.
Your Glory withstands
History’s torn pages.

Your children are purchased,
Redeemed and blood-bought.
Prophesy fulfilled,
As Your good Word has taught.

Walking on dry land
Through the midst of the sea.
From a dark prison cell
To such sweet liberty.

My Lord Jesus Christ,
To You I belong.
My God and my strength,
My everlasting song.

To the Lamb who has loved me,
By Your blood my sins washed.
Your justice is proven
At love’s ultimate cost.

Revelation 5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain,  And have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation.

Revelation 15:4 Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, For Your judgments have been manifested.

  3. Greetings. Jesus is eternally the same; from forever past until forever in the age to come, world without end. As the song goes “On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand.” Awesome post.

Have a blessed day in Jesus.
